Chakra is an ancient India Sanskrit word which means wheel of light or, which is part
of the subtle energy system that surrounds the human body. This dates back thousands
of years as an oral tradition between the inner and outer worlds, and is associated with
primal elements of creation: earth, water, fire, air, sound, light and thought. In the Yoga
philosophy, the serpent goddess, Kundalini-Shakti, rises up the spine, piercing and
awakening each Chakra.
By dancing the goddess serpent dance we begin to awaken each of our chakras thru the
ancient dance of Egypt while joining with our bodies, mind and spirit.
